Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. Last year, we responded to over 4,000 New Hope Crisis Hotline calls and over 1,000 Counseling sessions (virtual and in-person). This year, we were blessed with a sizable donation to support the counseling services offered through Catholic Charities of Orange County.
