Counseling Services

The Catholic Charities Counseling Department offers low-cost therapy for multiple challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, problems at work, parenting challenges, anger management, divorce, and life transitions. Our treatment team includes a licensed clinical social worker, registered interns (Board of Behavioral Sciences), and interns completing their graduate education in psychology, marriage family therapy, and social work. Catholic Charities’ staff has experience serving a wide range of needs.

  • Groups for Pre-Teens: Conflict Resolution & Communication Skills, Self Esteem & Relationships
  • Psycho education presentations on a variety of topics
  • Therapist Supervision & Training
  • Volunteer Training

Hours of Operation:
Monday/Tuesday: 9 am to 7 pm
Wednesday: 12 to 8 pm
Thursday 9 am – 8 pm
