Therapy for Children & Adolescents We work with children and adolescents to increase their self-esteem and confidence in order to decrease or better cope with psychological stressors. We work to improve their chances to have successful relationships at school, with peers, and with family members.
Couples/Marriage Therapy We emphasize a non-blaming therapy approach that facilitates each member of the couple to be the person they want to be in a relationship; to decrease conflict and increase positive communication; to get their needs met; and to adjust to the normal opportunities and challenges posed by long term relationships.
