OUR SERVICES

Catholic Charities of Orange County is part of the network of Catholic Charities USA, one of the largest nonprofit charitable organizations in the country. As our mission states, we exist to serve God’s people in need without regard to their religious affiliation.

WHO WE ARE

Since 1976, Catholic Charities has fed the hungry, consoled the hurting, and cared for the marginalized. We provide help and create hope for the people of Orange County. One person and one family at a time, we do everything we can for those in need with what is given to us.

Donate

We could not carry out this vital mission without support from many caring individuals and organizations like you. There are several ways for you to give to Catholic Charities of Orange County. Please choose the option that best suits your budget and charitable giving plan. Every gift is necessary and appreciated.

This month, we proudly recognize Fabiola Arellano, Citizenship & Immigration Receptionist at Catholic Charities of Orange County, as our Faces of Hope highlight.

With compassion, dedication, and a warm smile, Fabiola is often the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking guidance on their path to citizenship. Her commitment to welcoming every person with dignity and respect reflects the heart of our mission.

Thank you, Fabiola, for being a lovely source of hope and support to the community we serve!
We are eager to reach more people and would like to encourage everyone to share our profile with their friends and family to help us spread the word and keep our mission to PROVIDE HELP, CREATE HOPE, AND SERVE ALL stronger than ever! ⭐️ Our goal for this week is to reach a milestone of 2000 followers, and we are counting on you!

Support Catholic Charities of Orange County's Cantlay Summer Campaign. Due to recent federal and state budget cuts, Cantlay Food Distribution Center needs your help now more than ever.

Cantlay operates throughout the year, providing vital support to families in need. Their work not only brings hope and stability to these families but also serves as a source of joy for our local children.

Cantlay's commitment to giving, particularly during the holiday seasons, is truly commendable. The festive gifts they provide to children during Christmas and Easter bring smiles to their faces and create lasting memories, but on any given week, Cantlay supports OC families facing food insecurity.

Be the hope someone has been praying for, and give today.

We are sharing another story from this year’s Inspirational Catholic Women Event. Nancy Shanafelt talks about her service to God and the power of prayer.

Nancy is a devoted member of Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove, attending daily Mass and serving her parish faithfully. She and her mother converted to Catholicism when Nancy was a child, and her deep faith led her to join the Dominican Laity over 20 years ago, dedicating herself to prayer and service for the elderly. Nancy also supports Catholic Charities of Orange County living out our mission through her faith, volunteerism, and compassion for those in need. Her example shows how anyone can make a difference.

Join Catholic Charities of Orange County for our “Dare Diem” Giving Day 2025 campaign to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors facing food insecurity. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support our Cantlay Food Distribution Center, a vital resource serving over 900 individuals each day of operation.

Your generous donation will help us continue our mission and expand our reach - please follow the link in bio 🙏
We are thrilled to announce that Catholic Charities of Orange County has received a generous $128,000 check from Catholic Charities Auxiliary.

This incredible gift will help us continue our mission to serve the most vulnerable in our community. We extend our heartfelt thanks to CCA for their unwavering support, tireless fundraising efforts, and deep commitment to our shared mission of compassion and service.
